Scp Containment Breach God Mode

Added 2 coins to the cafeteria. Made it possible to use a coin from SCP-1162 for SCP-294. The player cannot pick up the drawing from SCP-1048 anymore if he has a full inventory. Fixed a bug where the SCP-1048 drawing could fall through the floor, as well as the SCP-173 document from Ulgrin.

I don't really know if I should post this here, but it couldn't hurt.

To cut this short; I've wanted to start trying to speed-run games for a while, so I wanted to start with SCP - Containment Breach, a game I've been following for a long time. I looked through all the sections, and the rules seemed simple enough, but there's one thing that bothered me in the guides section, and it's the restriction of the game version, and seed. I really want to know if I am forced to obey this;

'Until a new seed is discovered, you should run the game on version 0.9.3 using the seed e69cs8k and following these steps.',

and if I was forced to obey the guide.

The player controls a 'Class-D' personnel in first person, designated D-9341 as he attempts to escape an underground research and containment facility operated by the SCP Foundation amidst a total containment breach of its hazardous anomalies, designated 'SCP's. SCP - Containment Breach is a free survival horror game written in Blitz3D. The events of the game take place in a containment site of The SCP Foundation, a secret organization dedicated to containing and researching anomalous artifacts and entities that threaten the normality of the world. The in-game console can be opened with the F3 key. Laptops with a Fn key may have to use the Fn + F3 keystroke. Commands may be entered into the console in the format followed by the return or enter key, where multiple parameters are separated by a space. 1 Parameter Types 2 Command Table 3 NPC Types 4 Room Types 5 Item Types 6 Trivia integer: A whole number, no.

I really want to speed-run the game on v1.2.3, and with the seed 'SP33DRUN', without the quotes.

From doing my first run with the game (and doing a small check-around on god-mode), it seems like a perfectly good seed to run.

God

Now, of course I will go to 0.9.3 if I /HAVE/ to, but it just seems more convenient to run the version of the game I have (so I won't have to download another version just for speed-running), and to run with this perfectly fine seed too.

If need-be, I can write a guide and upload my splits with my layout to this section so anyone else could use my method. Though, I would need to update it consistently since with every new update, seeds for the game change (even if they remain constant).
